List what you can do

Individuals and businesses alike: florist, baker, handyman, photographer, event company, dog walker, crafter. If you offer something local, you belong here. Free during our pilot.

Tell Otto about your work

Solo, side hustle, or full-on business. No website? No problem. Five short sections, a few minutes start to finish.

Why list here, not just Google?
  • Otto isn't a search engine. He's an AI built for matching, not ranking, he reads what you do like a thoughtful neighbor would and picks the right local for whatever someone actually needs, even if they describe it in their own messy words.
    • "Hot tub's making weird noises"
    • "My yard looks terrible"
    • "I want to do something fun"
  • Describe what you do in your own words, including the odd jobs Google has no category for.
  • When someone needs what you do, you show up as Otto's pick, with the reason already explained.
  • He tracks every search and shares the unmatched ones with you each week, so you can spot new work nobody's catching yet, "people keep asking for X, want to add it to your listing?"
💡 This isn't just for handymen. Any local business or service is welcome: florists, bakers, caterers, photographers, event planners, crafters, pet care, music, tutoring, you name it. The more specific you are, the better Otto can match you.

1The basicsJust so Otto knows who you are.
Just for signing in to manage your listing and for Otto to reach you. This is never shown on your public profile. One listing per email; use a separate email for a second business.
Everything here is private by default. You're still reachable: the message button below sends people's notes to your sign-in email, and they never see your address.
2What you doThis is what Otto reads to match you to searches.
Short, the way you'd describe yourself in one breath. Shows at the top of your listing.
If you have one. No worries if not.
The skills, services, and goods you want to be known for, whether it's work you're hired for or things you make and sell (farm-fresh eggs, homemade balms, jam). One per line, in plain words people actually search (gluten-free, delivery, mobile, weddings). The more you list, the more searches Otto can match you to as a top pick.
Not your main work, just extras you're handy at: hobbies, weekend projects, the occasional favor. Otto only ever offers you for these as a long shot, never a top match, so list them freely.
3Where and whenSo Otto can match you to local searches.
Check every area where you can serve customers. The more you cover, the more searches you can show up in.
From to
For exceptions, booking lead time, seasonal patterns, etc.
Otto bumps you to the top when people search for help "tonight," "ASAP," "burst pipe," etc.
Searchers want a rough sense of where you are. Pick one:
A neighborhood or town nickname is fine. Keep it short.
4Trust signals and photoAnything that builds trust with customers.
A few quick details (check any that apply)
A friendly face or your logo. Square works best, and Otto will resize it for you.
5Stay in the loopOptional. Easy to undo later.

Your info's in the review queue. Otto looks listings over within a day or two and tidies up your profile. We'll email you the moment you're approved, and from there you can sign in and let Otto draft you a friendly bio.

After approval, you can sign in to manage your listing any time, add skills, update hours, change your photo, and fine-tune who sees your contact info. Until then, jot down anything else you can do; you'll be able to add it then.
